When will I reply?
7 days a week, between 9 AM and 11 PM. Late-night messages get replied the next morning. If you haven't heard back in 24 hours, please send again — your message might have been missed.
Where is the instructor based?
I don't have a physical shop. Theory classes are conducted in Tsim Sha Tsui by default. If you can't attend in person, sessions can be moved to Zoom. Pool training is at public pools in Kowloon or Hong Kong Island. Open-water training departs from Sai Kung Pier.
Specific locations are confirmed on WhatsApp after enrollment, based on your home location and schedule.
